implementation and resourcing of key or critical business and
systems transformation projects. Ray holds a BSc Degree in Computer
Science, is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Member of The British
Computer Society, Chartered IT Professional, and a Member of the
Chartered Management Institute. Ray’s extensive career,

Gill Bolton - Senior Consultant
FCA FIIA Gill is a past member of the Technical Development Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors - UK and Ireland and a current member of the ICAEW Audit Faculty's Internal Audit Committee. Gill is also involved in a range of corporate governance related research projects, regularly speaks at public conferences and contributes articles to corporate governance and other business publications. Gill has authored a number of publications including 'Effective Governance', the IIA - UK Briefing Note on Control & Risk Self Assessment and has written a number of published articles. From 1990 to 1996 she worked within KPMG's Internal Audit Services practice providing a range of internal audit, risk management and other corporate governance services mainly to the private sector. Bob's career has been within IT Audit, as part of the senior Group Audit team at Lloyds Banking Group, HBOS plc., and Halifax plc. Bob has also worked in Cable & Wireless and the Post Office. Recently, Bob has been a lecturer on MSc in Audit Management & Consultancy and has spoken at several Welsh & South West District IIA events. Dave is a highly experienced development consultant/facilitator and coach. He chairs panels to assess candidates for the Chartered Manager Award of the Chartered Management Institute.
