An Introduction to the COSO Framework Model: Essential Guidance

The Committee of the Sponsoring Organisations of the Treadway Commission has introduced its model framework as a model of best practice to be used by organisations in tackling corporate governance. The model framework is explained and its implications for management and auditors explored.
